The TufFish Show with Jen Milius

As you continue to grow in your author business, you will inevitably run into events that do not go as you hoped or planned.

Running your business is a marathon, not a sprint, yet when your best laid plans aren’t shaping up the way you hoped either before or during the event, it can throw a wrench into your carefully curated event.

Speaking from experience, I’ve had book signings where I thought I’d have all the titles available, and yet the latest release at the time of the event didn’t make it to the event. I’ve had book signings where no one or very very few attended, thus resulting in no sales. So let this short 'n sweet episode be your guide so you stay focused on what you can control and how to still create an amazing experience for you and your attendees.
